Hi, I’m Jada — a Registered Acupuncturist with a special interest in women’s health, hormones, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care.
My connection to this work is personal. I’ve navigated endometriosis and painful periods, and my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage. Those experiences have shaped the way I support patients through fertility, IUI and IVF, pregnancy, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, postpartum, and hormonal and menstrual health.
My approach is gentle and individualized. I want my treatment room to be a place where you can speak openly, feel heard, and receive care that considers the whole picture — not just one symptom.
Alongside my clinical practice, I serve on the Board of the Alberta Foundation for Endometriosis and remain deeply committed to supporting and advocating for women’s health.
Care that feels personal, grounded and compassionate.
Acupuncture is at the heart of my practice, but your treatment may include a combination of supportive therapies based on what feels right for you and your body.

If you’re new to acupuncture or booking for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum or loss support, these are some of the questions I hear most often.
Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that uses very fine, sterile, single-use needles at specific points on the body. Treatments are individualized and may also include cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, acupressure or other gentle techniques when appropriate.
Most people find acupuncture surprisingly gentle. You may feel a brief pinch, heaviness, warmth or tingling at some points, but treatment should not feel sharply painful. I always adjust the treatment to your comfort level.
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your health history, what brought you in and what you would like support with. From there, we create an individualized treatment plan and begin your acupuncture treatment.
It depends on what you’re coming in for, how long it has been going on and your goals. Some concerns respond quickly, while fertility, hormonal and chronic concerns often benefit from a more consistent treatment plan. We’ll talk about what makes sense for you.
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. Depending on the treatment, you may be asked to expose areas such as the abdomen, back or legs, and you’ll always be appropriately draped and kept comfortable.
You can begin at any point in your cycle. If you’re trying to conceive or preparing for IUI or IVF, starting earlier can give us more time to support your cycle and overall well-being, but acupuncture can be incorporated at any stage of the process.
Yes. I work with patients trying to conceive naturally as well as those navigating IUI and IVF. Treatment is tailored to where you are in your cycle or fertility protocol and can also support stress, sleep and the physical demands of treatment.
Acupuncture can be used throughout pregnancy when provided by a qualified practitioner familiar with pregnancy care. Treatments are adapted to your stage of pregnancy and your individual needs.
Yes. You’re welcome to come in during or after miscarriage and pregnancy loss for gentle, compassionate support. Treatment is always adapted to what is happening physically and emotionally for you at that time.
Postpartum treatments can be tailored to recovery, sleep, stress, pain, digestion, milk-supply concerns and the physical and emotional transition after birth.
Cosmetic acupuncture uses facial and body acupuncture, often alongside techniques such as facial gua sha or cupping, as a natural whole-person approach to supporting skin health, circulation and facial tension.
Yes. Direct billing is available to most insurance providers. Coverage varies by individual plan, so please confirm your acupuncture benefits with your insurance provider before your appointment.
